Granted that there are important issues of systemic racism that negatively impact health outcomes for African Americans in the US that should be addressed, ascribing all the differences in mortality rates to environmental factors might be a mistake.
There may be underlying genetic factors at work which could be mitigated through interventions – provided they are implemented in a timely manner. One is the tendency to vitamin D deficiency; a national program to help people test their vitamin D status and provide appropriate supplementation should be put in place as soon as possible.
The second issue may be a tendency to dysfunctional AMPK signalling. All the risk factors associated with severe covid-19 (hypertension, diabetes, asthma and older age) relate to AMPK signalling and metformin, a drug that improves AMPK signalling, has been found to ameliorate all these conditions. Whether covid-19 patients with type 2 diabetes on metformin fare better than those on other diabetes medications (controlling for other factors such as age, BMI, HbA1c, etc) is a question that should be investigated.
If a problem in AMPK signalling is underlying the tendency to severe covid-19, then I expect Native Americans, particularly the Pima people, to be terribly affected also.

Negroes are you aware that within our group lies dormantly more than enough competent skill and expertise to build a nation from scratch. We have internally everything we need to become almost autonomous and almost selfsufficient. We, not they, have the solution to resolve our problems. With that being the case, our failure in America is our failure to have faith in ourselves and in our dormant potential. Think about, systematic reconcentration i.e. segregation that mindset alone would and will jumpstart our reparation project.
I know that I'm not the only person who sees you using black people as a way to make money. Stop holding black people up as a constant victims. It's so negative.
