We need to be asking why Biden's criminal charges were dropped. Poor memory does not make a person incompetent to stand trial. To declare someone incompetent to stand trial a medical expert would need to examine him and determine two things. Is he able to understand the charges against him and assist in his defense. He can obviously understand the charges and assist in his defense so he is not incompetent to stand trial for his crimes like every other American would have to do. Hur needs to be questioned by the House about why he didn't indict Biden.
