  1. If the water system needs major repairs then the city needs to put a mill levy gir improvements on the ballot right beside the ballot measure to keep it from going private.

  2. Yes! Certain things, like education and clean water, are too important to be trusted to the private sector who have proven over and over that they will screw the public to make a dollar.

  3. Baltimore will likely be sued under the investor state dispute clause of some b.s. "free trade" deal. That's what the whole TPP was about: preventing city and state governments from passing laws to protect them from corporate exploitation.
