  1. So, the cops are stealing from the city. Not only is firing in order, but prosecution also. Who else can make their own overtime? In the private sector, it's on an "as needed" basis, not just show up, punch in, then hide. AND get paid for it.

  4. Baltimore is poor because it has too many blacks who take advantage of government and businesses. Just like black shoplifters steal from stores, blacks in government steal on the job. Same in Detroit. Black government workers are crooked like the people they 'serve'. Everyone serves himself.
