Only lazy people work for unions
The guy who started this union movement use to work for an auto union, I wonder what happened to that union.
He's scared to ask the hard questions and get to the bottom of the facts. Amazon policies are not represented in the interview. Employees get time for bathroom and water free of consequences. 1 sided interview.
This guy is not a good representative for unionization. The union IS the third party! Union leadership (typically corrupt in many situations) will make decisions that will be buried in the CBA and the line workers will be stuck with those agreements.
If the Lop-Sided News Network had a raindrop of objective sense, they would be asking why the actual union is not making the case.

Why would a company care if their workers are Union? Why should they spend so much money on advertising and websites fighting off the Union? Is it because they fear the power of the collective workers? Is it because they don't want to share the profits with those who make them the money?
The Amazon website says they can do all the things a union does without one – but they can also stop doing those things without a union contract. A bosses promises are temporary, a contract is a legal agreement

I'm great at my job, I just want longer breaks. 30 minutes is not enough to walk, warm your food, and eat. I always end up with a lot of leftovers. And I get constant constipation. Not healthy at all.

I’m just afraid for this Man …. these capitalist not liking this kind of uprising, that is why they come to the south. I’m a Union person…. but I wish they would negotiate without the Union. The union has its dark side also…. he did say if they paid the workers like they pay the agency. That would be a start. I thought the representative did a good job of stating the case for the workers… sound like a stressful workplace.

Nothing like a good union job! Unions establish humane working standards, pay better wages, and provide employment stability. Supporting unionzed workplaces will help raise the standard of living throughout the country.
