Former Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg took the stand Tuesday in the New York civil fraud trial against the former president and his associates. CBS News reporter Graham Kates reports that during Weisselberg’s testimony, he was not able to recall basic details from financial documents at the center of the New York attorney general’s lawsuit.

Anytime you get a loan for a property from the bank, the property has to get appraised for the value. The bank just doesn't have over the money without having it appraised. Anyone can give a price of their property, but wants it gets appraised, that will determine the value for the bank to lend.
The things they would have known about the property im sure you would know before hand…doesnt make sense someone wouldnt know especially as cutthroat as people are about property.
