I often wonder, whatever happened to 'respect'. For Mother Earth (or in our case, Mother Forest, who helped protect us, our outside/ inside cat colony and our cabin from Hurricane Irma-blessings and thank you), for fellow humans and for the animals with which we share this planet. So much meanness, hatred and decay. Those are just a few of the reasons I prefer to closer to nature and further from people. I admire so much these officers, who must defy their traditions in order to keep others safe. Thank you.

I would feel that whether they're native or not, the officers still have jurisdiction. Its like going to a foreign country, you still need to abide by the laws… Just my opinion, even though Im not native, these men should have more power on their land.
