I have a great work out for Vergil….Demolition….taking out both a Tile Floor and glued down Hard Wood floor with a massive Chipping hammer, scraper blades, sledge hammer and regular hammer……no help from no one…. a big job…. 2 week process job…..we'll call it HELL WEEK for boxers…..up at 4am not going home till 7 or 8pm….WAX ON WAX OFF….THE KARATE KID…THE ART OF WAR….
