Fast charging isn't needed as much anymore. Batteries have gotten bigger in phones and overall battery life is better. With my note 20U on a bad day with no topping off on a wireless charger I have in the 20's% when i go to bed. It then slowly chargers on my wireless charger next to my bed overnight. I havent had to use the charging brick once yet and eve if I did its at 25w which is good enough to get good charge in a short time.

When the massive charger is already GaN, you know it's serious.
Fast charging accelerates battery degradation as it is. This is silly and a good example of a trend going too far.
Battery lasts 10 cycles.
Rather have 2-3 day battery with about 45 min – 1 hour to charge than charging this fast. Less time having to worry about going to an outlet to charge, the better.
160W…"an order of magnitude higher wattage than currently available"?!? Seems are you an order of magnitude than me!
Charging speed like that would have to be affecting the longevity of the battery. It'll probably be a few decades before we really get figuring out phones if we're still having them by then.
Wouldn’t it affect battery duty cycle? Accelerate the battery degradation?
