#Samsung probably won’t release a #GalaxyNote21 in 2021. But even if we get a new Note in 2022, it probably won’t be what we’re expecting. And that’s because the old Note formula is basically obsolete.

I've always wondered why samsung saturates their market with so many nearly redundant phones. There used to be such a difference between s and note, but not so much now that the ultra exists. I'm still using a Note20 Ultra for the integrated s pen.

As soon as I saw the fold I thought its platform would make for the perfect evolution of the note line. I suspect samsung is just getting the folding technology polished out before risking the name of their note line with it. I can certainly imagine the note and fold lines merging in the future with an integrated s pen. Until such a thing does exist I'll be sticking with my Note20 Ultra.

I will only own a Note series phone until my last breath.

I'll be holding on to this Note Ultra for as long as I can if this really is the end. I was faithful to Windows Phone and now this….😒

Note line should be rollable bcz the extra space really matters for writing up.

I'm very disappointed that a new Galaxy Note isn't being released in 2021. I have been a Note user since 2013 and having an S Pen is a deal breaker. I'm probably going to upgrade my Note 20 Ultra to to the Galaxy Z Fold 3 since it will have S Pen support. It doesn't look like the Galaxy Z Fold 3 will have a silo for the S Pen

For me the galaxy Note is the only reason I m into samsung.
SD card, S pen, organize stuff.

I had a exynos N20 ultra it was my First Samsung i was a iPhone user for 9 years,I switched from a iPhone Xs to N20 ultra but ended up having to many issues with the n20 ultra & sent it back & got a s21 ultra,I prefer the s21 ultra.I never used the S pen in my note and had nothing but issues with my note it got so hot and ended up with screen burn,I sent it in for repair twice,in the end they replaced it & gave me another n20 ultra and that had the same issue with over heating it got screen burn,and got to hot to hold so sent it back & got the s21 ultra and I've had No issues with my s21 ultra I love it il stick with the S Series,I was gutted when my n20 ultra kept messing up,It was my First Samsung and had a bad experience to wich is gutting but got the s21 ultra and I've had No issues with this device at all,I'm glad i haven't to as I don't want another iPhone I prefer Samsung, its a shame really though I prefer the boxy shape of the n20 ultra over the s21 ultra but that's it other than the shape I actually prefer my s21 ultra

But the s pen in the phone make it harder to lose. Also the s21 ultra case for the s pen makes it to hard to fit in your pocket it as give the allusion of a big side bezel

As a die-hard note fan, I think the future note will be a rollable note for providing the best writing experience possible. Can't wait to see the future of the note series.

Imo, i would keep the note series over the s series if i have to keep only one

The stylus is not the only difference between the Note and the S series. The shape and proportions are also different. I dislike the S (I had the S7 and hated every moment with it) and if Samsung will kill the Note, I will look elsewhere for a phone.

I'm one of those who absolutely need a headphone jack AND sdcard.

They should have done away with the S line givin it a lesser chip and camera and kept the Note line as their flagship device / non foldable.
It's just not the same with out the S Pen dock. The ultra 21 is so thick & heavy compared to my note 20 Ultra. Only when Samsung canceled the note because of batterys issue did I not use it and that year was absolutely horrible, I couldn't wait to pre-order the next note! Bring back the Note Samsung sooner than later. I check forums daily… still cancelled WTH eck!
