  24. Anyway, all of these songs had videos. I remember going to the arcade and there was this screen showing nothing but music videos. I thought wouldn't that be cool if there was some way we could get that in ourh house. If we could get that as a TV channel. We didn't have cable yet, but it wasn't long before we got it and I was thrilled it was a tv channel.That was during the days that MTV just showed music videos. I'd say I like 80% of these songs.

  33. I'm glad that I never bought into the whole "disco sucks" movement. Like any other genre of music it had good and bad. It never took itself too seriously like some pretentious rock music. It was just intended to be fun. The great thing about the whole decade was the variety of music to choose from. It was constantly changing, for good or bad. I grew up during the singer-songwriter era so I was exposed to a lot good songs that could be a little sad but I attribute them for preparing me to be an adult. I miss the 70's. 😊😊😊😊

  35. This is the music from my teenage years through my early twenties. So many memories good and bad, but the best times in my life and the early 90's. I am just so grateful that I was present during that era and got to experience a way of life (a simple life) that will never be experienced by anyone again. Times will never be like they were which is very unfortunate for young people. Shoot no more cruise, no more keggers, hardly any more dances even, its sad. I guess tik tok, twitter and snapchat is their fun these days. yuk.
