Tire cleaner in tandem with a pressure works great to get rid of any kind of paint, I just started working at a autobody shop starting out on detailing and we got a vandalized car just like that. Note that spraying it on any aluminum will turn it black and a pain to get rid of. I learned the hard way as most people do with cars
Back in my early 20s I did this to vacation and it was relatively worth it because it only took 12-16 hrs of work into it 4-5 weeks and the car is good to go usually, only had one car where I had to do an engine and transmission swap but I got it fully done in 9 weeks. Sold the car I got originally for 3,900.00 (with the new engine and transmission just not in the car) and flipped it for 7,500.00 plus I sold him the system that was in it from before for an additional 700.00 for a grand total of 8,200.00!
Last car I got I lost money on but it was because I used it as a moving truck for a week and drove it about 4k miles! Bought for 3,000.00 and out 2,000.00 into it and sold it for 4,900.00

When chris talks about if tires need replaced, incase of the general altimax rt43 that were on the prius, where it says "replacement tire monitor" down the center, it will actually lose the words "ment and monitor" and say "replace tire" not every tire is like that though lol
