10. If you listen carefully they never said the cashier continued to do it after the man asked him not to. On the way out is when the guy said what he said and the cashier thought he was joking. Charlemagne literally threw that assumption in there .

33. As someone who has worked in customer service many years I can definitively tell you, the customer is hardly ever right. Most of the time the customer doesn’t know what he/she wants, that’s why you have customer service.
