I just got a scam text from a regular number and it asked me how I was doing today. And when I said who was this they said they wanted to talk to me about a job opportunity. They wanted to actually call me right now! I just blocked it

Boy, I hope they didn't make a mistake and start harassing a legitimate call center because I could definitely see that happening.

I almost got duped a few years ago. Fortunately I had a friend who asked if it is legit. I was being scammed and when they called me back I told them to F off.

My dad fell for this exact scam until I kept seeing the charge on his bill every month. I got him a new card and changed his bank info. It makes me mad they got away with so much money!
