I sent a camera to a Liberian scammer!

In this, the fifth installment in my “Lie-Beria” series, Joel finally receives my camera. Is he he going to do what I tell him or sell it on the Liberian market?

  1. Joel sounds like the current POC in the West. "Where's my free stuff from whitey" and nothings ever good enough. Best advice given lately was from Dilbert creator, Scott Adams….."just gtf away!" šŸ˜†

  2. Like man this is very dumb . I would celebrate very hard to receive a camera. Iā€™d take free pictures for you for the rest of my life

  3. Wow.Joel? The same guy who had a hard time during the hurricane with people coming into his church? Seriously? I lost some respect for you dude šŸ˜¢

  4. Actually, as a Liberian, I can confirm with certainty that Joe wasn't wrong. The WU is crap. You have wait in line for hours. WU won't admit to this, but yeah, it sucks there. Most times, you can't even withdraw money from the ATM because of insufficient funds.

  5. I always thought about making a true friend overseas. In order to grow a business. Unfortunately never found one. I saw this story on Facebook and it was amazing. Good bless these wonderful men.

  6. Itā€™s incredible to me that you donā€™t see the title as problematic. Clearly if he was a scammer he wasnā€™t going to be a person of his wordā€¦šŸ™„šŸ™„šŸ™„ Your tone is super condescending.

  7. Hey my name is Brian I live in Portland Oregon it's like a third world country now I live downtown if you want to send me money to take pictures of stuff that would be cool I will take all the pictures you want

  8. You should send the ultra realistic theatrical money and watch them get caught trying to convert the cash into their own currency at an exchange place.

  9. 3:29 wow how ungrateful of them!! I'm in the US and I would LOVE to have that camera!! I have been told that I am a great photographer but I don't have the means to get a digital camera right now and just use the one on my cheap phone and make it work for now lol
But if someone gave me a new free camera I would be more than happy and willing to take pictures for you, and I would even do a lot free cuz you didn't have to send a camera!!
I love you're generosity and you will be rewarded in the long run. Karma is real.

  10. Wow i thought afro americans behaved in nonsense manner.. wait till i see the people of liberia and other africa

  11. Do you want some pictures of Brazil? I can send you some for free. No need to send the camera or transfer money, I'd be happy to collaborate with your project.

  12. What a shame. You were on one of the biggest news stations, explaining about your encounter.
Made it sound like you were so humble. But this video just shows how people like you exploit minorities, for The sum of one(1) dollar āœŒšŸ½šŸ’©
