  4. Nigerians rightfully blocked from providing any types of services on most working apps because of amount of scams they doing. They are finding ways to scam even with all the security measures, being highly educated and super lazy to do actual work, so do not expect them to be actually working or providing any type of real service any time soon.

  5. This scam happened to me. They hacked into my aunt's Facebook account and used her account to post job offerings. I responded to the post thinking I was messaging my aunt. The scammer sent me a link and the scam went from there.

  11. Who would send a stranger on the internet someone else’s driver’s license. Why did this lady send her drivers license to the scammer? Scams are successful because people fail to use common logic and wisdom by not protecting their personal information such bank information, credit cards, passwords, income, home address, employer information, Facebook friends.

No one needs your information other than a scammer.

  13. I really enjoy your channel. What I find really striking about your videos is that you are clearly one of the most decent and honorable people in this world. You always give scammers the benefit of the doubt. I'm always amazed when you actually pay scammers, knowing they are scammers, to teach them the value of work and encourage them to be better people. Most people would just want to cause them some grief for what they've done. Anyway, just wanted to say thanks. You're an awesome guy and your videos are interesting and helpful.

  14. I just wanted to say that I love your videos and I’m in the hospital right now from a motorcycle crash and watching your content is getting me through it

  15. Fell for this. They tried to make my put in my passport details on their bitcoin account after they tried to make me pay 35 usd to register to their company. Didnt do it. Didnt earn with their translating job. Would love 2 like you get them back big time…. xd

  16. I started getting connection requests on LinkedIn from Nigerians which I ignored. I then got a response to a data entry position which I never even did the quick apply for. This was today. I did a Skype interview without video. They wanted to see my responses. I am now thinking that they were using AI to create their responses also using a translator. I couldn't find any of them on LinkedIn, or their business. When I googled the business, it was a small Mom and Pop shop with a YouTube reference. That's the connection. The business product in the email was different than the business name I was able to find on google, but the subject was one of my playlists so the connection was logical. They asked which bank I use, but not my numbers or routing numbers. They can send a paper check and have me fill out the proper paperwork to do so with the government. They also said I should be back in touch with them by 10:30 the next day, but not am or pm or which time zone. I will ignore them now. It was good practice for the job interview questions. They didn't expect someone else to use their natural intelligence as opposed to AI to complete the interview. They also wanted me to download Microsoft teams for the interview. You don't need to do that. I have already had interviews on Microsoft teams without having an account. They also chose a misspelled name from LinkedIn of someone from Germany whose posts are in German. I speak a little. That company is also offering different products than the "recruiter" I skyped with. Thanks for the verification. I won't waste my time with them anymore.

  17. Thanks for sharing all the steps they dragged you through and things to look out for. It's so frustrating how many scammers there are.

  18. The last coments using hausa to english translation with google; goes something in the way " who are you talking to?" and "stupid leader"- Guess he was not that happy waisting all that time 🙂
