23. Easy way to check if flooring is under it is to pull the vent covers or transition pieces in doorways to get a peek under.

24. lol can tell Chris never drove a low car in a big city like NYC haha. You gotta go in at a steep angle youre trying to go straight in. that driveway even normal sedans and coupes would probably scrape going at that angle

25. tear the garage down and do a solid double with dual deep, if you're worried about theft etc, dont do glass.

26. When you build your new garage, make sure to check the local setback regulations so you’re not building too close to the property line….would suck having to tear down a new garage!!
