On the weight plates where there's a cutout weld a piece of metal slightly larger than the hole on both sides for all of them to make hollow chambers…drill a hole in the center into the plates on one side only and fill with molten lead.
If you listen close you can hear a squeak coming from the motor when it's idling before that final rip.
