On Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at 2:00 a.m., the complainant parked his vehicle in the area of 800 W Cayuga St and when he returned, he noticed his passenger side rear window smashed and his 9mm Sig Sauer, P-365 loaded with (10) live rounds in the magazine missing from driver’s side door pocket was missing. Surveillance video depicts two unknown persons approach the vehicle, one armed with a handgun, break the wing and enter the vehicle and take the handgun.
