Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individuals seen in the following video clip. On September 10, 2023, at approximately 3:45am, two unknown males took copper wire and copper pipes from a construction site on the 400 block of Spring Garden Street. The suspects were occupying an older, 4 door, dark colored, Ford F150 with a ladder rack and plastic or lexan taped in place of three of the four windows. The items were valued at approximately $43,000.
