Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following still photos.
On February 21, 2024, at approximately 4:27 am the complainants backpack was taken from his parked car in the 1500 block of Parrish Street. The backpack contained an iPad, laptop computer, identification, credit cards and a Smith and Wesson 9mm handgun. The suspect in the following still photos attempted to use the complainants credit card but was denied.
