The Philadelphia Police Department Shooting Investigations Group is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual depicted in the following video excerpts, as part of an ongoing investigation into the shooting of a 33-year-old male, that occurred on Friday, December 29th, 2023, around 6:30 PM, at 2800 N 8th St. The individual is seen fleeing the scene on foot, west on 800 Somerset St, then south on 2700 N Darian St.
