Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following video clip.
On November 9, 2023, at approximately 5:00am, the victim, a 51-year-old-male, was on the 1500 Market Street Septa Platform when an unknown black male along with several other individuals assaulted him and took his cell phone and money.
