Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following video clip.
On July 15, 2023, at approximately 1:40am, an unknown male attempted to gain entry to a unit of an apartment building in the 1500 block of Brandywine Street but was unsuccessful. The night before, the same individual took packages from the same apartment building.
