The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying the following individual:
On April 8, 2024, at approximately 7:30 pm, two men became involved in an altercation in a parking lot off the 1600 block of S. Front Street One of the men stabbed the other in the throat, entered the victim’s car and then struck the victim with the car before fleeing the scene in another vehicle. Surveillance cameras in the area captured images of the offender.
THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA IS OFFERING A REWARD OF $20,000 LEADING TO AN ARREST AND CONVICTION FOR EVERY HOMICIDE.
