During the month of March 2023, two fires were reported at the Dollar Tree store located at 6101 Frankford Avenue in Philadelphia. The 1st fire was a dumpster fire on March 9, 2023,
and the 2nd fire was on March 12, 2023, which completely destroyed the store. This presentation depicts the dumpster fire and the person responsible for it. The ATF City Wide Arson Task Force is kindly looking for your assistance in the identification of the person responsible for the dumpster fire.
