The SVU is investigating a report that an unknown female was forced into a blue Honda Civic by two unknown black males on April 10, 2024, at Broad and Girard St at 2:25 am. RTCC cameras captured the incident; however, a better description of the parties involved, or the events has not been able to be determined. A victim has not been identified at this time.
- Suspect Description: Two unknown black males
- Vehicle Description: Electric blue 06 to 10 Honda Civic four door sedan, broken driver-side brake light, tinted windows, last seen operating without headlights on.
