The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 75-year-old missing person Thomas Clayton. He was last seen December 24, 2023, at 2:45 pm, on the 71xx block of Old York Rd.
He is 6’5 145 lbs. and his clothing is unknown at this time.
