The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. A 16-year-old Rosa Xol Saquil was last seen on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., on the 8XX block of Jackson Street.
She is 4′ 5″, 110 lbs., freckles on her forehead, black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue shirt, black pants, and black shoes.
