The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing person. 18-year-old Messiah Ransom was last seen on Friday, March 1, 2024, at 2:50 p.m., at 22nd and Cecil B. Moore Avenue.
He is 5′ 8″, 140 lbs., medium brown complexion, thin build, black hair, and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black/green puffy coat, black pants, black/blue Jordan sneakers, and carrying a blue book bag.
