The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 79-year-old missing person Estes Lewis. She was last seen April 1, 2024, at 5:00 am on the 20xx block of Westmoreland St.
She is 5’04,110 lbs., thin build, medium complexion, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a green/grey coat.
