The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing person Ernest Richardson. Ernest has been missing since January 9, 2024, which was his last contact from a family member.
Ernest is 54 years-of-age, 5’9″, 190 lbs. and has been known to frequent the area of Kensington and Allegheny Ave.
