The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. 15-year-old Tysir Beckett was last seen Monday, November 13, 2023, at 8:00 a.m., on the 2XX block of Manheim Street.
He is 5′ 5″, 150 lbs., medium build, black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and black jeans.
