The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. 13-year-old Shairalyz Figueroa was last seen on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., on the 38XX block of North Marshall Street.
She is 5′ 7″, 240 lbs., black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black New Balance hoodie and black pants. She could be heading to New York.
