The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. A 13-year-old Milian Stickland was last seen on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at 4:15 p.m., on the 23XX block of West Somerset Street.
She is 5′ 3″, 110 lbs., medium brown complexion, brown eyes, and shoulder length black hair. She likes to frequent the following area: 50XX block of North Warnock Street.
