The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. A 16-year-old Loreleii Guise was last seen on Sunday, December 31, 2023, at 12:00 p.m., on the 4XX block of Spring Lane.
She is 5′ 2″, 95 lbs., thin build and was last seen wearing blue jeans, orange/tan sweatshirt with a hoody and carrying a shiny red backpack.
