The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing person. A 14-year-old Josiah Brown was last seen on Sunday, October 8, 2023, on the 100 block of East Huntingdon Street.
He is 5′ 6″, 150 lbs., black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue sweater, blue sweatpants and black flip flops.
