The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Jeremiah Whatley. Jeremiah was last seen by his father at their residence on the 12XX block of South 31st Street.
Jeremiah is 16-years old 5’9” approximately 160 pounds with brown eyes and black hair; his clothing description is unknown.
