The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Janicha Velez. Janicha was last seen April 10, 2024, at 4:00 pm on the 37xx block of N. 9th St.
She is 17 years of age, 4’9” tall, 110 pounds, thin build, straight blonde hair, brown eyes, fair skin, and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans. Janicha could be in the area of the 1xx block of W. Girard Ave or the 47xx block of Oakmont St.
