The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. A 16-year-old Ija Taylor was last seen on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15XX block of Fairmount Avenue.
She is 5′ 5″, 130 lbs., black hair, brown eyes and thin build.
