The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. 16-year-old Hillary Manon was last seen on Sunday, March 17, 2024, on the 44XX block of North Orianna Street.
She is 5′ 3″, 125 lbs., black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black Pac-Man Shirt and black pants. She likes to frequent the Germantown area and East Sharpnack and Magnolia Streets.
