The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. 13-year-old Chase Chappell was last seen on Tuesday, March 23, 2024, at 8:00 p.m., on the 20XX block of Castor Avenue.
He is 5′ 1″, 75 lbs., thin build, black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans. He likes to frequent the Port Richmond area.
