The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 20-year-old missing endangered person Michael Mei. Michael was last seen Thursday, September 28, 2023, at 5:00PM on the 16xx block of Colima Rd.
He is 5’8″, 175 lbs., brown eyes, Black / Dark Brown hair. Michael frequents the area of Bustleton Ave & Roosevelt Blvd.
