The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing endangered person Lorrania Spillman. She was last seen February 18, 2024, at 7:00pm on the 29xx block of W. Oxford St.
She is 58-years-of-age, 5’0, 190 lbs., and was last seen wearing glasses with red frames, black Columbia jacket with white fur on hood, gray sweatpants and hot pink Puma sneakers.
