The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing person. 19-year-old Kinza Nasir was last seen on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at 1:45 am., on the 15XX block of Seybert Street. Kinza is non-verbal.
He is a black male 6′ 1″, 160 lbs., short brown hair, hazel/grey eyes. He also has a scar the size of a quarter on his wrist. He was last seen wearing a black T- shirt with white lettering displaying the words “TEEN-AGED”, tan khakis and grey Croc shoes with ALI written on them. He frequents the area of 1400 N Broad Street at the YMCA.
