The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing person 84-year-old Clarence Collins. He was last seen Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at 7600 Central Avenue (Jeanes Hospital).
He is 5′ 8″, 150 lbs., thin build, gray hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black winter jacket with a hood, black baseball cap, blue sweatpants, and black Adidas sneakers. He likes to frequent the area of 20XX block of West York Street.
