On January 16, 2023, a Chamblee Police Officer was on routine patrol when he observed a Mercedes SUV parked on the lawn at a car dealership in Chamblee, Georgia.
When they went to investigate, they found just one person asleep in the driver’s seat with vomit on him.
Suspected drunk driver didn’t know where he was and while talking with the driver, an officer felt a strong odor of alcohol.
The man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence. The car was removed from the lawn and impounded.

The officers did the best they could but once you put the suspect in the car from complaining about the cold, close the door to let him warm up and re-read the implied consent once he's warm. Maybe get him a blanket, just a thought. Otherwise you don't want any chance that it gets inadmissible due to the cold distracting him
