#CrimeCamNow

On January 10, 2023, a Chamblee Police Officer pulled over a white SUV for a failure to stop at a stop sign.
The officer issued a citation but the driver refused to sign it, stating that it was incorrect.
He was charged with obstruction of law enforcement officers, failure to stop at a stop sign, possession of marijuana, less than one ounce and transported to DEKALB county jail

  1. All these arrests are ALWAYS people running there mouths jeez just comply and go to court… easy Peasy…😂😂😂

  2. This the type of dude that always thinks he slick enough to talk his self out a situation. Regular citizens will deal with it kus they dont want no problems. Brody said aite say less.

  3. Blacks will always choose go to jail so they can whine the cuffs are too tight and that Police are racist. It's the victim olympics in the black community..

  4. I have received numerous citations and gone to court to settle them. The only signature on my document was that of the officer. I have never even heard of a driver having to sign a ticket. Or of people arresting them if they don’t, much less manhandling them in the process.

I honestly can’t tell if the cop is too slow, simple and boorish to effectively articulate that signing the citation is not an admission of guilt and or if he’s taking the situation personally instead of professionally. Either way, the fact that these cops are completely nonchalant about the situation and not explaining the interaction to nonviolent offenders like dutiful civil servants terrifies me.

Basically they can just roam up and down the streets and arrest people without them knowing why. As a law-abiding taxpayer who pays their salaries that seems absolutely ridiculous to me.

  5. I don't like how this officer reacted . He didn't give a chance to the guy , he just escalated the situation. A simple sir , signature doesn't equate admission of guilt , in front of the judge you will have a chance to present your case . If you do not sign you will go to jail . Those simple words would have de-escalated the situation. This officer is on a power trip . SMH

  6. I feel this arrest was avoidable and very unnecessary…. its always your own people that treat you the worst!!
From the officers shoving him in the back seat and hitting his legs was crazy !! The arresting officer also saying it was the end of his shift and he was feeling good….. which means he had no patience and zero tolerance today and thought this was a reason to treat this citizen this way, all over failure to stop at a stop sign??!! If you sick STAY HOME
And the female officer was annoying and absolutely no help either..very sad
