The Albuquerque Police Department had other plans. They arrested him on felony warrants.

I'm going to go off camera , then the next seen is a cop getting out pointing to his body cam telling other officers he's recording. What are they trying to hide. If your on the seen of a crime or "event" it show be mandatory to have body cams rolling. Welcome to America
