On October 20, 2023, Flagler County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a minor traffic violation in Palm Coast, Florida.
The vehicle began to accelerate away from the deputy when one of the occupants tossed a soft-sided case out of the passenger side window before the vehicle came to a stop.
The deputy asked about the thrown object, but both the driver and passenger denied any involvement.
